Information ((under Leg. Decree 196/2003))	The user’s personal data will be used by O.M.G. S.r.l. in respect of the privacy protection criteria established in Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30th, 2003 and by the other regulations in force regarding this matter. This information pertains to the personal data sent by the user when requesting information or quotes, as well as that obtained while visiting and navigating throughout our website. O.M.G. S.r.l. subjects the personal data from the users to all the treatment operations mentioned in Leg. Decree 196/2003 – that is, the collection, registration, organization, conservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection and any other operation useful for the providing of the mainly requested services through computerized means. This data can also be organized in data banks or in archives. In particular, the purposes for the treatment of the personal data are the following: a) to supply information and/or send communications regarding the service; b) to fulfill all eventual accounting and tax obligations; c) to investigate those who perform illegal acts only in the case of specific requests and on behalf of the proper authorities. If the user has given proper consent: d) O.M.G. S.r.l. pledges never to release its customer’s data to third parties; e) to check the quality of its services, even offering after-sales services; f) to send communications and advertising information regarding its products and initiatives; The customer can access his/her data at any time and exercise the rights as per art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 by contacting the person in charge of the treatment of data at privacy@omgsrl.it. Personal data is divided into two categories: mandatory and optional, as seen in the information request procedure. The providing of mandatory data and its relative treatment for the purposes mentioned above is used strictly for carrying out the indicated services. Any refusal by the user to provide such data or refusal to agree to its treatment will result in the inability to use the service offered by O.M.G. S.r.l..The other data collected is used by O.M.G. S.r.l. to help offer an ever improving service. With respect to this data, the customer is free to decide whether to provide it or not. O.M.G. S.r.l. would like to inform you that, in accordance with art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003, the user has the right to: a) know the existence of data treatment pertaining to the user; b) be informed of the details of the person responsible for the treatment of the data; c) obtain from this person: the confirmation of the existence of personal data, its communication and origin, as well as the logic and purpose of the data treatment; d) cancel, transform in an anonymous manner or to block the data treated in violation of the law; e) the updating, correction and integration of the data; f) the acknowledgment that the operations mentioned in the previous point have been brought to the attention of those to which the data has been communicated and/or distributed; g) oppose, partially or fully, for legitimate reasons to the treatment of the data; h) modify one’s consent, by partially or fully opposing the treatment for credit-status information or for the function of market research or commercial communication and the like.
